OMG its Daisuke...
no everything seems to be facing the right direction. ill look more into this on a google search. so far no luck, but i cant be the only person with this weird issue.

his waist is so tiny...

I gotta say, I think you can push the design a bit further. Right now, it looks like you just duplicated the torso, scaled, and moved it up. Theres a lot of opportunity here to play with muscle structure to support four arms...

nice lighting.

I would break up the symmetry in the arms a bit. Maybe have one pair be more pronounced, meaning that one pair is the dominant one. The lower pair could act as support arms.
