Dave Taylor, who many of you may know from his work as a developer and producer in the games industry, will be hosting this year's major developer party, EP, during the week of the E3 in L.A. Attendees will include a myriad of gaming's elite; producers, artists, directors, as well as various celebrities from the world of entertainment. The list goes on.
We're looking for a small group of students willing to put together a research base on the guests that include past and current projects for each one. This research will be presented prior to and after the event on various press releases and internet news sites about the event. This project also requires someone savvy with web design and video editing.
As the project is somewhat varied in what it requires, we're looking for people willing to work in one or more of the aforementioned tasks. Keep in mind that the visual elements in the videos and web design, as well as the research, will be broadcast industry wide over the coming months, and the quality of work should reflect that. To reitterate, we're looking for someone who can build and manage a small web site, someone comfortable with editing video with effects, and one or two people to do some hefty background research on everyone attending.
In exchange for a job well done, the researchers and designers involved in this project will receive an invite to the party and will have a chance to meet and talk with some of the most powerful names in gaming today. The opportunities to network and put yourself out there are endless.
One final point: those involved in the project should not be camera-shy! This will be a media event covered by major names in press. There will be waivers to sign, stating that you're cool with being on camera, and it's important that you're the type of person who is ok with that if you do plan on attending.

Interested parties should contact me via email. Please have your qualifications/samples ready to show if you're interested in either the website or the videos. The party is on June 16th.

Thanks!
