All right, these are coming along!
For the next pass on these, I would grunge up the clothes a little more - right now the clothes look almost new with some blood splattered on them. There should be midtones, highlights, and shadows on the clothes as well, and these differences in tones should be used to make the clothing look worn out - remember these guys have been dead for decades!
The shapes are looking great - you might want to push and pull some verts on the arms to break up the silhouette a little more, maybe change the shape around the elbow area so it's not a straight line from the shoulder to the wrist.
Looking great, good work so far!
I would add some geo to the hats as well, they are too blocky...
