These are my idea sketches of Indian Zombies. I took these reference photos at South Western Meseum 2-3 years ago. These images are related with Northwest Coast Art of Indians.

Aw, you've touched a special place in my heart - one line of my family can be traced back to Northwest Coast tribes. I love Haida art, especially the woodworking, masks, and totem poles.

At any rate, there are some really good ideas here, I dig the idea of using the masks. What I would like to see now is to step even farther from reality with these guys - what can be done to make them seem equally cool and funny? The short guy is a step in this direction - but let's not rely on making them all short. Maybe there's a mix of short guys and super lanky tall guys in this group. Maybe they have gigantic feet (the birth of the legend of BigFoot perhaps?). Can you exaggerate anything about their masks to make them ridiculous? Big buggy eyes, tongues lolling out from within the mask, things like that.

Great ideas here - now push it!
