here are my ideas. emaciated pilgrim zombies.
those are awesome, can you do a set of 4? Just some variants on hats and clothing.
Strong concepts Max.
Also, I don't know if they would b wielding weapons, but thats really for Tall Chair to decide...

Looking great!
Now that we have a general concept for these - try to come up with ways to make them even funnier. Play with proportion, make them wear ridiculous hats, some sort of overblown forlorn or comical expression on their faces - anything you can come up with to make it so that when someone sees them for the first time, they laugh.
That's our goal with all of these - we want people to see these zombies and go "OMG that is frakking hilarious!"

if you have time try breaking it up more, maybe some tears with black lines or actual texture work. maybe the clothing is torn to show skin/flesh/bone

That old lady face is awesome. Make the head bigger proportionally to make it stand out at the small size. I love the texture on it.
stronger hi lites for the arms / shoulders. should pop and read well from a distance.
