So I read a recent post on Gamasutra about contract breakdowns. This one includes audio breakdowns as well. It's more for larger development, but the pieces can be adapted for your freelance use.

On the note of persona contracts, a great resource is theGraphic Artists Guild Handbook: Pricing & Ethical Guidlines (ISBN: 0-932102-13-1 (http://www.amazon.com/Graphic-Artists-Guild-Handbook-Guidelines/dp/0932102131/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1254931008&sr=8-1)). I think the 12th Ed. is most recent (what I have been using).
