Transfer maps

I am working on a project with some guys and they need help with transfer maps, so i made a tutorial of it. Some parts may be wrong but oh well i tried my best. It's pretty big file for a jpeg, so i couldn't fins a site that holds it so i made a sendspace for it If you guys know of any site that will let me post it leave a link below or post it yourself.
