This is my first shot at making a video tutorial. Let me know what you think. Is it too long? too fast? too slow? does it need audio? does it need captions? does the video come across clearly?

Hey Jeremy,

Definitely a good video for beginners to decals. I don't think the timing needs adjusting at all, even for someone who is unfamiliar with it (which is the point). The only thing you might want to do is somehow relay the information that 32 bit targa is needed to show transparency. It's important for the person watching this to know why they save it this way as opposed to say, a jpg. Just a tiny crit tho, cool demo.
