Here is what I've done the John Foster Dulles model. Still needs some work, but I'm getting close.

the hair helps quite a bit haha. like the wrinkles, getting a lot of character in there now

Here is another update.
Profile is working for me, but he feels too gaunt in the front and 3/4 view. I think you are taking his appearance too literally, lets go over the model in my office in zbrush, tweak, and call it a day.

very nice man, a huge improvement over the last version. You did a great job of making the skin feel like it was pulled over the muscle and bones. the slight hint of bone in the cheeks and above the brow really helps sell his guy. He looks aged and a but deflated, and it works very well, a great sculpture. Although the hair is a bit weak, i don't think that really matters much.

I finally calling this sculpt done. But I might do some more detailing when I texture him later. Here are some screen grabs from zbrush and normal mapped in maya.
