this looks awesome. Only thing i would say is adding more elements that give clues to what or where this even is. Right now its just a huge barren plain with nothing in it! Great paint-up though

nice concept, I like the color choices. The only thing that really throws me is where the lava pools up. It feels more like wet paint than hardening magma.

Here's a reference that has the hots spots but it has a layer on the top that is trying to harden as the lava flows down. Hopefully it help this great concept go further.
